Refund Policy

Due to hygiene reasons Refunds/Exchange cannot be offered for sets including earrings.

If an incorrect bangle size has been purchased we can swap the size once we receive back the original set.  You will need to contact us within 14 days after receiving your order by sending images/videos to:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Customers are liable to pay for the return shipping fees.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, This includes any sets which include earrings due to hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Delivery Infomation

We aim to send out all orders as quickly as possible. We post out each weekday (excluding bank holidays). All orders placed before 4.30PM on a weekday are generally posted out the same day. Orders placed on a weekend will be posted out the following monday (except for bank holidays). Please note sometimes mail strikes/severe weather can cause delays with delivery. 

 

We post all our sets via royal mail. The delivery times are usually, 

First class postage - 1/2 working days.

Standard postage - 2-3 working days

Express - next working day guranteed

 

For orders outside the Uk please allow up to 14 days for delivery. For any other delivery methods please give us a call and we will more than happy to assist.

 

Orders can also be picked up in store.
